Needed to get 1 piece fixed on my car. They asked me "would you take your bad review down if we fix the little problem. Which was only a piece needing to be clamped down. Have not heard a word back from them. Oh but they wanted me to remove my review right away. This company has really disappointed me. Seems like they only care about ratings.

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I didn't ask for any additional things done to the vehicle. After doing first wash notice something very minor. I'm still within warranty time only had a week and Craig can't help doing anything. But oh they were sure quick to take My money. Very disappointed...

I purchased a new 2021 Rogue from Reliable and was promised a free oil change. When I set up for appointment they gave a run around, no one would help me. Very poor service No consideration. After you buy a car from them, they treat you very badly.

"THIEVES IN WHITE COLLARS!!! HIGH PRICED IF YOU LET THEM!!" This place will take advantage of you on the total price even if you have great credit and money down. GO TO YOUR BANK TO FINANCE A CAR NEVER A DEALER!!! If I had went to my bank I would have been paying 3X's less a month on the same piece of sh** new car. They will also sell you an un-needed and expensive platinum repair warranty that becomes worthless in about 1 year and doesn't fix anything when you actually decide to use it or NEED to use it. "Recall (Manufacture Defect )" I went to Reliable Nissan today. At service , I told the representative that they emailed me a RECALL FOR MY NISSAN TRUCK. Then he said "You need to have an appointment for it" Then I said "An appointment for manufacture defect !!! He said YES, I went to Malloy Nissan they check my truck issue and fixed it for me, No appointment required. RELIABLE NISSAN !! THEY DON'T CARE ABOURT YOU AFTER YOU BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM.
"( terrible service worse then I ever had )" Service department unprofessional bad customer service! Incomplete service! Now my third time going to the dealership just for a tire rotation! They add on crap to the original price of the vehicle not to mention needless warrenties they shove at you. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and the finance manager is a joke!
