"What for bait and switch cars" They have advertised a good deal on vehicles posted on Auto trader and do not remove them because they bait you and try to coheres you into another vehicle. When asked about a vehicle I was told I dont know but is that vehicle what you want or similar. When I saked them if they have it they said we dont know, can we get your name and number I said no but asked if you can look outside. They said they dont do that...haha BS. We bought a 2017 Murano a year ago, but during this time we were getting a lot of dust in the car, well with going back and forth and finally brining it in when the engineer was there, they found that the seal in the back doors were broken.. I purchased a used 2012 Toyota Camry from Reliable Nissan about 5 weeks ago. I love the car but after purchasing the vehicle I am yet to get help with anything. I purchased an extended warranty. After about a week of having the car my maintanance light came on. I call to speak with the service department to set up an appointment. Told. Salesman what we could pay and exactly what we wanted and he did excellent job meeting our needs! Very little haggling no tricks just treats!
Bad service, they aren't finished when they say they will be. Typical slimy salesman, waited too Long and they even forgot we were coming to pick up our brand new car.
The sales person had no interest in helping someone with car buying, only promoted credit as sole concern, and was inexperienced in the business, would not recommend others to Reliable
Poor communication and customer service: ignored my calls all day, left my car sitting in the lot all day with no service despite an appointment made well in advance - car still sat overnight waiting service. Had me waiting over an hour after telling me to be there at 8 the next morning. I finally asked for my car back at 9 am without it being serviced. Going to the other dealer though it's 30 minutes away.
I purchased a 2012 Sentra on 4/26/14 . Apparently it was a car with a salvage title. I tried trading it in on 6/17/16 and found out then it had a salvage title and they would not take it in trade. I tried trading in my 2012 Juke but they were unable to find me a vehicle that fit my monthly payment. I am 4'10" and the 2016 Sentra Sedan was too big for me.
