they did not use the full synthetic like I had requested and took longer than necessary to complete service
After being told multiple times the vehicle was on their lot when I arrived it couldn't be found. Sales people weren't interested in selling me the car I wanted, just wanted to move a vehicle.
the problem was supposedly identified but still not fixed. part had to be ordered. I'm fed up and went to pick up my car and the service person was upset with me. I was tired of renting cars

This service never happened. The service advisor would not stay in touch with me. Also, when I inquired about warranties, and road hazard, I was told I would have to check with the manufacturer. I was looking for at least 2 new tires for my H2. He told me once they had arrived but he needed to get them checked in and would call me. Two days later, no call. Original service was Horrible! I got ripped off big time!!! It took almost a year to get anywhere with Reliable Chevrolet. I asked for one thing and was quoted for the work, O ok'd the quote but got a lot less work done then I requested!!! Kyle Blacmon would only honor what was written on my ticket, the service advisor wrote the less then half the work performed on my ticket, and therefore less then half of my work was covMy problems were not resolved, but they did work with me with the warranty
