Stay Away from this place.
Still havent had the repair done to my 2021 Sentra. I have been in four times and it has been 7 months since I bought the car! Now they have fired their repair manager Tony (the only person who would return a call!). Do not buy a car here!
There communication was very poor. Tool 3 weeks to replace battery under warannty I had to call them on status they never called me even when there rep quit there position and a new rep was assigned
Tried getting my vehicle repaired, but they are taking forever getting to it. I really need need my vehicle. But to no avail. I'm really getting frustrated with them.
Second car I bought at this dealership. Will urge you to think twice before buying. This car has a broken part that I discovered on my NEW car the day after purchasing it. That was five months ago and it is still not fixed. No follow up from the dealership. Calls not answered or returned and generally rude after purchase. Stay away from Reliable Nissan if you are looking for a good experience! They had an opportunity to sell two other vehicles to my relatives. No follow up on that either
No one was wearing masks and 4 employees were out with Covid. So I wouldnt take your car here if you dont have to. The mechanic also kept staring at my breasts. Hes married.
They didn't tighten the cars lug nuts and the wheel almost came off out of the dealership...luckily we noticed the noise and seen they were loose and lost a lug nut but had to tighten the rest.
They don't communicate well and gave me false information
