I was charged $400 Took my car in due to my transmission slipping. They were unable to recreate the issue. As soon as I got my car back the problem continues and now I have an additional problem. - My car is under warranty. - I was charged the $168+ tax to diagnose. - They then informed me that a computer update $150 +tax, needed to be performed to diagnose the problem. Tech didn't do 21 point inspection as told, and didn't give me the discount that was due to me.
Service was great. I am just amazed at the cost of getting you 60,000 mile service on your car. Oil filter, cabin filter, and air filer are changed. Cost over $800.00
Bad experience .waiting almost four hours
The service adviser was very helpful but they seem to have trouble getting part, always have to wait weeks for simple parts that auto parts stores have?
The worst experience I've ever had at an auto shop. After they had my vehicle for 3 months I finally had to tow my truck to another auto shop and it took them one day to have my truck on the road and running good. Never again!!
After arriving for an auto-scheduled appointment through my service plan at Reliable Nissan, they took forever to schedule my Lyft to take me back to work. Once in the Lyft, I get a call from Josh telling me that my oil change would not be covered as I was shy 500 miles from what they require and they would not service my vehicle. So I had the Lyft driver turn around and take me back to the shop. Then they proceeded to have me sign 3 forms when NO service was performed. The wait was long with very few updates (that I had to initiate). Would have appreciated more communication. What I was quoted/estimated was no where near the final price. Also the final price was completely outrageous. I would have made a bigger deal over it but I had a crabby child I needed to get home. Air bag sensor was not turned off. Truck had a burning smell for some time due to liquids being spilled inside. I wont be back.
Treated corrosion on battery with coca-cola; didn't wash off remaining soda residue. Told me my battery was in good condition, but that week my car wouldn't start because I needed a new battery. Smoky smell from car because they wasted oil near the engine.
