They insisted I needed tires at 15,000 miles, kept the car 2 days then couldn't find the tires to put them on when I went to pick it up. Told me the extra warranty i bought didn't cover tires and didn't include the 4 oil changes I was promised at time of purchase. It was disappointing and I will go elsewhere for service.
A routine fluid change took them 3 days to complete. Dropped off at 7 AM, was told would be completed that day. Was told they only had 1 tech that could work on EV's and that they took the tech away from my car to service other cars while in the middle of my servicing.
They didnt rotate tires or reset the oil change indicator. This is the dealership that I bought it from. They left an open recall on it too and they have owned the truck for 6 months. They were going to connect me to the local dealership and did not follow through with an appointment
Shady , dealership ran my credit with out permission .
The worst service department I have ever dealt with. I took my truck in to get three issues taken care of. They didn't fix ANY of them. I even took a technician for a ride and showed him the problem with bad vibrations. He said that he feels it and it does have a problem. I finally called after one week and they said they are still looking at it. After another week I called and they told me they aren't going to fix anything. Stay away from unreliable chevrolet if you want good service.
I paid 450 dollars after I was quoted one price off 399 tax included not to mention my truck ran excellent before I took it in to get the wires and spark plugs changed and now it runs like it needs a tuneup Im a very disappointed in the service and will be taking my truck back for them to correct the issue
They had my car for 8 hours to tell me there is nothing wrong. But I still hear engine noise
They told me it was going to take 1.5 hours for an oil change. UNACCEPTABLE. When I told the service advisor it only takes about 30 minutes for an oil change, he said "then they're doing it wrong!" REALLY? I took my truck and left! There's one screw that you loosen to drain the oil, and change filter, it's not rocket science!! I have now officially lost ALL confidence in the service at Reliable, I WON'T BE GOING BACK! I went to Galles where it took 45 min incl. 27 pt inspection!
Windshield washer fluid was never filled even though we received a paper showing everything was topped off. Transmission was never checked because the plug was still dirty and untouched. Form said it was good and topped off. Tech never checked anything in my opinion.
