We waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. We had a 1:30 pm appointment, we didn't leave until 5:00 pm.
Horrible service, I have been stuck in limbo waiting for a part that I was told was never ordered after already having my car serviced 3 separate times by the shop. Then I had to bring it back and was told something entirely different is wrong, a complete scam! After purchasing my last 3 cars here, I am astonished at the disrespect and unprofessionalism Ive encountered
I had a horrible experience. They didn't put my scrap plate back on correctly and it came off while I was driving. The service guy left me sitting there for 2 and half hours. My paperwork wasn't done right. It was awful!
I wasted a whole day at Reliable Nissan because of employee incompetence and carelessness. In early March I called for service and maintenance and was scheduled for 7:30 am on April 4th. The service request was for an oil change, a wheel alignment, and to have the system sensors reset. I purchased a '21 Nissan Sentra there and had the first and only oil change there since. This time the service was not up to standard. The car was not cleaned after service. I had to remind the mechanic to fix the mileage/month sticker for next service to the wind screen. It was not done. The maintenance booklet was not completed even though I had provided the book to them. I assume these are routine actions/duties.
Poor customer service took forever just to make an appointment
I bought my car at Reliable Nissan and have always had my checkups and services done there, no problem. But, my most recent service was not great and they did not even wash my car, which they have always done before. :-(
I paid to get my breaks fixed and they are still squeaking very disappointed
I am pretty sure they ripped us off. We will go back tomorrow or Thursday to let them tell us why a price tag went from 31999.00 to 34000.00. This with out taxes or extended warranty. Just does not sound right the numbers. We put down 3000.00 . How can we take this car back purches 3-5-22 and now it will be 3-9-22. Do we have time to get out?
