I responded to the person who contacted me and let them know what we are looking for. Then they sent another email introducing themselves. Then I sent another email again and then they sent another email saying “we haven’t heard from you”. They don’t track their own system, they just use automation. Very impersonal and awful experience. Will not purchase here.

Being called a liar.... Bought a 4 Runner from Brandon Watson. Thought it elwas a great experience with a good vehicle and great deal. Left the dealership and found that the 3rd row seat was damaged by what looks like some sort of chemical spill or battery that ate through the seat. Was told by Brandon that I was pretty much lying that it wasn't there when I purchased the vehicle even though I contacted him within days of driving off the lot. Not happy with being called a liar. Finance & Service Teams Are a Joke! Don't waste your time or your money on this place! This was the WORST experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. My daughter is a college student in Springfield and I drove 200 miles from St. Louis to come to town to help her out because she needed a vehicle. Disgusted My old car broke down pretty bad so I went shopping online and saw a used 06 Honda Accord with low ish miles priced at 6550 and thought it was a decent deal. I'll Never Buy Another BMW I recently traded my 2022 BMW 740i for the new 2023. I only had a short time, but was excited for the redesign, so I traded (knowing that I'd lose about $20,000 in the transaction). I was ok with that, knowing what upgrade I'd get. Used car dealer just wants to flip cars fast purchased a used 2014 rav4 from this company in march of 2022, used car dealer calls me to come look at it and the car is trashed, the dealer could not even be bothered to remove the used cups from the cup holders much less the trash and food the previous owner had left. Please pay attention I like that the salesman Jack busted his butt to get us those very nice cars and that Pat did a great job too. However wr were there 7 hours for paperwork, our deposit didn't get returned right away, they forgot to take the 5th wheel rails out of my trade in before it left for auction.
