Bought a New BMW X5 My husband and I visited Reliable BMW on a weekday morning, and asked to drive an X5. The staff was happy to help. We took a quick test drive with the salesman. He was very well informed about the features of the vehicle, and was very laid back. At the end of the test drive, we left. No high pressure sales or turn overs to the manager. Bought a used Toyota forerunner from them and our Bought a used Toyota forerunner from them and our salesman Max was great to deal with. But the sales manager Yamil Gutierrez was intentionally misleading and added on $5000 worth of warranty on a loan without disclosing it when the car already came with a warranty. Absolutely do not buy a car from this dealership.

Do NOT buy from here. Do NOT buy from here. I bought a Ford Hybrid from this dealership on 12/31/2024, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare since. The car was sold without a lien release, so I couldn’t even take possession for 2 full months. There was no urgency from them to fix the issue, and I had to constantly call for updates. The sales process is manipulative. Brought in my truck for regular maintenance and left with a loaner for almost 5 months. Was told many stories during those 5 months that this review would be frankly too long. Overpriced! Overpriced!! keep you there for 6 hours, lie about the Extended warrenty and forge the paperwork afterwords,won't call you back, and mailed out tittle paperwork late so I had to pay the late fee of $25.00. DONT BUY HERE!!!YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
