won't honor warranty On February 18 my husband and I purchased a 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Reliable Toyota Used Car Center. The vehicle had a 3000 mile warranty. Three days after purchasing the car I was driving it and it died in traffic. I immediately called the salesman, Zach, to tell him what the car did. The vehicle was a new car trade with exceptional service records and a clean Carfax report. We experienced no problem during the trade appraisal or during the reconditioning process. It was sold with a 3 month or 3,000 mile limited Powertrain Warranty. The customer reported an intermittent problem of the engine dying. Waste of time We looked online for a certain type of vehicle and saw that Springfield Reliable Toyota had the most vehicles for us to look at so we drove the almost 2 hour trip to the dealership. Once we got there they explained to us that most of their vehicles we saw online were ones they could get in six different states and they only had two on the lot. Even though we stock over 300 vehicles it is difficult to always have the exact vehicle a customer wants in stock. The vehicles shown online are a pool of vehicles all located in SW Missouri. Polite on the surface only I have owned Lexus vehicles for the past ten years and have purchased three. I always take my cars to the local Lexus dealer, and have had excellent, honest, professional service from them, including Tony Graham Lexus in Ottawa, ON, Lexus of North Hills, near Pittsburgh, PA, and Lexus of Dublin, near Columbus, OH. Awful service Tried to get information by using the internet because I live out of state and was interested in a vehicle on this lot. Was told to send pics and info on my trade in and they would get back to me. This went on for over a week. I was repeatedly ignored. They must not value out of state customers or women customers. Horrible service!!

Occasionally bad timing can get in the way of what would normally be a simple process. While this customer was working out the details on the trade value of her vehicle with our General Manager, in a separate department a 2nd customer was finishing the process to purchase the same vehicle. Never stopped calling me!!! I didn't buy a car from them but until I told them I bought another one, they called me everyday!!!! So annoying!!

O.K., but not great. I have had three Toyota's repaired here and one purchased. My first repair experience is from 5 or 6 years ago. They replaced the valve cover gasket on my Previa and ended up stripping out 2 bolt holes. Nobody told me about it or bothered to repair it. I happened to see it by looking at the repair job myself. Several phone calls and dealer visits to remedy the situation, very dissapointing. I bought a Prius at another dealer and had Reliable try to remedy a steering issue I had.
