Beware!! Bad reviews on BBB as well Beware!!!!! Bad Rating with the Better Business Burrow as well!!! They do not even deserve a star but since that is the lowest I can go!! My son went and bought a truck from them and put a large amount of money down. He was told he was approved. He drove it off the lot with a signed contract and had it in his possession for 25 days. Jack Dugger I just bought my second car from Reliable Toyota about a month ago and was pretty disappointed in the service this time around. I have been trying to get a hold of my salesman, Jack, for the last month because no one has contacted me about making an appointment to buff out the paint on my Camry since it had scratches on it when I purchased it. They will lie to your face - with impunity. 2021 Toyota purchased 10/14/20 - Been waiting for a call back from Customer Relations B4 writing this but after 14 days of refusal to contact me -- here it goes. Everything was fine till the finance guy steps in. I m a believer in Extended Warranties so I guess that made me an easy target.. You’ll walk away feeling victimized. These men are not your friends. Every word from their mouth is a well crafted manipulation. You think you can withstand their tactics? They will get you to where you sign the purchase agreement and then they will make you wait through hours and hours of stall tactics until you are so exhausted you will buy the extended warranty, use their financing, and lose all joy for your new purchase. These men xxxx the reputation of Toyota. Go anywhere but a Reliable or Berkshire dealer.

BEWARE Our Prius V, purchased used two days ago at Reliable Toyota, having been driven a total of 86 miles, broke down on a dangerous overpass in Springfield, on the way to the church where my wife was preaching. A Good Samaritan gave my wife a ride to church, while I awaited the tow truck. Perhaps we should have been more suspect of Reliable's "Certified" process when we test drove the car and the windshield washer fluid was totally out. (We stopped and put a gallon into the test car!) Lost Customer The building was nice, and the waiting room had a nice selection of snacks, but I was not there for a snack. I was there to purchase a new car, and they fell very short on that. For starters, they ran my credit after I went and looked at the car the first day even though I told them not to until I had discussed with my wife. Bought a rav4 Bruce Smith was the best car salesman I’ve ever worked with. I didn’t feel pushed to get anything that I didn’t want, and I felt that he truly had my best interests in mind. I would D E F I N I T E L Y go back to him and would send everyone to him.
