Haley is an amazing young lady. Haley is a very knowledgeable young lady. She made our experience great. I love my Mini Cooper. Al the folks at BMW were super nice

Overpriced service! I will never take my BMW to Reliable for service again. They charged me $200 for installing a battery!! $150 for an oil change! Ridiculous.

Satisfied We were looking at the possibility of purchasing a used Toyota Tundra but Brian Canizalez, after asking what our needs were, said we were in the ballpark for a new truck and then he proved it! Awesome, polite young man with a wonderful attitude. Toyota really worked with us and we drove home in a brand new Tundra. The only complaint I have is it takes a very long time to fill out all the paperwork, but we realize that is just another step from Toyota to cover all the bases and get things right the first time. Lexus side great--Toyota not so much Terrible experience with a Toyota sales manager. Would never recommend this Toyota dealer. Lexus was a different experience. Great sales experience, but rather a negative one. I would recommend Lexus side.

looks are deceiving. I took my 2003 Toyota Landcruiser in for a timing belt replacement. Dropped the car off at 9:45 am and was told it should be done by 2 pm. Got a call at 1 pm said it should be done by 3 pm. It was 4:15 pm when they finished it. Give me a time and stick with it. I called and made the appointment days in advance. Now I have a rattle under the hood. So I open the hood and the cover over the motor is missing a bolt. Really I dropped nearly a thousand dollars and we missed a 10 mm bolt ? Too Bad They Don't Deal We researched the 2014 Highlander online and found it attained high ratings from consumer road tests. At that point we researched what we could expect to pay for the vehicle also using online websites. We wanted to buy local and Reliable made us an offer. We attempted to negotiate price to no avail. We then priced the same model Highlander with dealers in Joplin, St. Louis and Kansas City. They all offered the vehicle for a much lower price. Bad Customer Service The worst place to buy a Toyota. My wife and I went shopping for a Toyota and the sales people did not know what they were talking about. We even heard some guy yelling at some employees. If that is the way the managers treat their employees it's no wonder why we found a better deal and better service in Joplin. That dealership will even deliver the car to your house and pick it up for service and we live in Springfield.
