My experience today at Reliable Toyota was terrible. I waited in the showroom for over an hour while they tried to appraise my trade in. Every 15 mins the sales man would come and tell me the person he was looking for was busy or missing, so it was taking a little longer. After an hour and a half of waiting I finally got an appraisal, which was $1500 lower than any of the 6 other dealerships that I had been to in town. Got an oil change with the $10 rebate special, but the service people fail to tell you that the rebate is made out to Reliable Toyota and expires 6 months from the time you got your oil changed. This rebate is absolutely worthless to me because I don't put on 5,000 miles in 6 months. I may get up to 3,500 mile or so. The rebate should at least be good for a year. I've never in my life got a rebate that was not made out to me. Pretty sneaky on Reliable Toyota's part not disclosing this info beforehand. I'll change my own oil ... read more

I waited approximately 4 hours to order a rim for my Prius. I had to argue that I did not want the rim repaired but wanted a new one. My rim was damaged and no one could tell me how it could of happened. The tire was not damaged and the car dId not vibrate. I agreed to pay for the rim if Toyota would not. This was not my dealership. I was on vacation in Branson and after talking to Toyota customer service I can not say much for their total care program. Over all a bad experience with this dealer. Horrible customer service. Tried for over a week to get info on my trade value over the internet. Sent pics, and emails. Was told will get back to you several times. I live 100 miles away, so it is best for me to utilize the internet. I can only deduct that they either don't want my business because I live out of state, or because I am a woman. Awful!!!

Ok so we decided we wanted a Rav4, we went and test drove one on the lot but it was not color we wanted as well as other options. I searched and found one up in St Louis and called Reliable and asked if they wanted to go get it and sell it to us or should I go up there to buy it. I really wish I had gone up there. They went and got it for us so you would think this would go pretty easy and quick, we were there FIVE hours. My wife and I purchased a new vehicle for her here two years ago, and we lucked out that time by finding a young salesman who had only been there a short time. He hadn't been indoctrinated yet, so he acted as a bridge between us and the sales manager (telling us things he probably shouldn't have) to get the deal done. Jim Kaczka Jr. will sell you a call he stole the floor mats and owners manual out of. It's pretty bad when the photos on their website show the floor mats in the car but are gone when you pick the car up.

I am giving them 1 star because my experience was just plain horrible. Now, it may be better for others, but I just did not like it, and here is why: First of all, I went to trade in my car for another used Toyota. I asked them for just some ballpark estimates for the trade-in value of my car, and they absolutely refused to give it to me until I made a decision of what car to buy.
