I haven't bought a car here but I have serviced my Camry here for sometime which is still under warranty. Their facility is still in the 90's and they don't loan cars even if your car needs to stay over night.

Absolutely the WORST experience I've had at a dealership by far. Not only are they dishonest without shame but they are some of the rudest people I have met in a very long time. It is absolutely beyond me why anyone purchases from there. Magness Toyota in Harrison, AR isn't that far and they are BY FAR better than this dishonest bunch of clowns.

I lost the key to my Toyota Sequoia at the Lake. I did not have a spare key so I called Reliable Toyota to have one cut. I was informed that a key could not be cut and that the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership and had to have the computer replaced in order to cut a new key. To make a long story short, to have a new key cut for my Sequoia ended up costing me $922.76. By far, most expensive key I have heard of. Bad design by Toyota and overpriced Repair by Reliable.

I hate being lied to. Took my Scion yesterday in to Reliable service department for a factory notice of "Warranty Enhancement", which is auto-speak for recall. Service advisor called me later to confirm they had done the inspection warranted and wanted me to know about other maintenance needed. "Your spark plugs appeared never to have been changed," and for just $160 they would take care it. That sounded funny so I found my receipt for plugs installed just 8 months ago. Horrible experience! I have been to this lot 3 times looking at Toyotas and would never send anyone here! I finally went inside since no one had come out in my three times on the lot. I was there 5 minutes before the salesman was telling me how wonderful his deals were but he had never even told me about a car. He never once showed me a car, told me about a car or mentioned anything but their certified deals and how great they are. He was a complete jerk and I left extremely upset. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I was going to purchase a 2014 highlands but after reading all the reviews which were bad and spoke with a salesman who wanted me to drive up to Springfield the next day after I told him that I was a single parent and would maybe try at the end of the week. .he basically said that I was lying and that I was pulling his leg..just be truthful he told me..I told him I just cant leave or drag my kids up there it was an hour drive..He was rude.and im glad I decided not to go especially seeing the bad experiences people had iver t... read more

After spending a few hours there. The deal fell through because they had the wrong price listed in the windshield. Plus, one salesman threw out some exaggerated numbers to reduce the value of my car. They didn't even give me the best interest rate. They gave me a "generic" rate as they put it. I was told, "A better rate will come later after we had a deal." They do hold your keys and also my title. Never again!

I called to set appointment last Monday due to my new 2013 Camry with 2550 miles having a mechanical problem. The service department advised me to have it towed in but they could not check the problem until the following week which was 7 days before they can check the car. My new Toyota and they don't offer or provide a loaner car when you have a problem with a new car that I got from this dealership.
