Please see my extensive review posted to their other site. Looks like they try to get a 4 star rating so they have more than one Yelp account. Don't buy here, service here or rent here. They upsell fir repairs you don't need , they don't keep promises, they under deliver constantly. I can't think of a worse experience.

It's the worst company ever unreliable is what I consider them to be not one person air seems to know what's going on with anything from the Cars dealership all the way to service all the way up to management nothing but problems never ever take my vehicle there or recommend them

They tell you a price and magically it goes up with every representative they have you talk to, which for us was 3 people. They talk down to you and don't make you feel like a valued customer. Will not recommend this store.

Worst experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Found a vehicle I liked and negotiated to a price I felt comfortable with. While waiting for the finance manager I was approached by the salesman and was told they did not have the title for the vehicle but could sell me another car at a much higher price. I should've walked away right then, but I liked the vehicle so I went through with the deal as they stayed they should have the title "sometime next week". This was on a Saturday. I scheduled service for my highlander based on the statement estimate of only taking maximum 2 hours. I left my vehicle at 7:30 at my scheduled time and told them I would return for it that afternoon around 3:00. Upon arrival to pick it up, I found out that were not finished with the scheduled maintenance as promised. I was needing to traveling out of town that afternoon and it screwed up my schedule. Absolutely terrible service department! Everyone up front on the sales floor was super nice and helpful. I'd never been here before and the signage was a little unclear on where to go. Over the holiday weekend I've lost my keys. It's been a nightmare. I had one left to replace and of course the key is chipped. After going to the parts counter and being redirected to the guys checking in cars out at the service bays. I was told that because my name isn't listed as the owner of the car they wouldn't help me. This dealership is under poor management. We just bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them, and the experience is the worst I have ever had. After completing the purchase and them mailing us the title, they came back and said the bank denied the loan. Said we needed to sign a new deal that wasn't the same as the original. Then when we said no, they Matt threatened us! Saying that we committed fraud and they were going to report the Jeep stolen. Telling us we could go to jail. I have been a loyal Toyota owner for 20 years, have been to many dealers and usually experience some of the finest service you can imagine or expect from a renowned brand with focus on quality and competency. I bought two 2015 Toyota Prius in November 2015, we had a complimentary oil change for the begining of ownership. Went to look at a Toyota and the sales person was not friendly at all. My wife was asking about Features and his responses were said in a tone as if we should already know. I will not be buying a car from them. I will drive to the next Toyota lot. This is in line with what others have told me about this sales lot.
