HOLD ON TO YOUR KEYS.. THEY TOOK MY KEYS AND IT WAS an act of God to get them back.... I don't plan to ever experience reliable Toyota again. i will drive out of state to get a Toyota. They held on to my keys (trade) and kept saying, I will got them, I will got them and always coming back without them. If you must go there, give them 10 minutes to have your keys BACK IN YOUR hand or call for help. They all come over to meet you... where it first it seems nice, then it got over powering.. then it got crazy... NEVER AGAIN.... read more

Terrible place to try and buy a vehicle. I was kept waiting for 3 hours, then was offered a ridiculously low amount for my trade in and a ridiculously high interest rate. When I said that was too low for my trade in I was basically told "we're not going to deal with you on this. When I tried to discuss it "Josh" just raised his voice and talked over me. I was shopping over the phone for my parents who are retired and knew exactly what they wanted. I had received pricing out of state, and worked out an agreed upon price ($1000 higher), which took most of the day, on a vehicle I was told had been backed into by a customer in the lot and been repaired completely. My parents arrived and requested to see the repair order. It turns out the vehicle had hit a deer in transit from another dealer and had major repairs. I recently lost ALL respect for the Toyota/BMW/Lexus dealership in Springfield, MO! I was interested in purchasing an SUV from them and made an offer and they told me they could not take it!!! The manager told me they were at their bottom dollar as far as the SUV was concerned and I requested he call me if they decided to lower the price. A few DAYS after this conversation they posted this same SUV on craigslist, lowered the price of the vehicle, and it immediately sold! SERIOUSLY TOYOTA???? Certified-Preowned Sales: Larry & Rex Lyons, both Manager & sales person are incapable and irresponsible persons. They both are very very poor communicators & very bad in dealing with customers. They advertised a certified Toyota Highlander Hybrid Ltd on internet, when I inquired about the availability they said it is available and asked to come to take a look at it. I tried to buy a new Toyota Corolla from these folks. HUGE mistake. They are nothing but crooks. They take the keys for your trade, won't give them back, and keep you trapped on the showroom floor for hours while they hide in the back making "deals" with the "manager." They try to sell you a car you don't want, and won't discuss the one you do want to buy. It is a complete waste of time and energy to go there. If you like playing games, head on over. There are two reasons behind my rating for Reliable Toyota: 1. $85 cost for a 3 minute diagnostic test (code check) 2. Pushed a $1400+ repair for a part that costs $190 and takes an easy 5 minutes to fix (catalytic converter). 1. I took my prius to Reliable Toyota to turn off my check engine light, but of course in order to do so they have to run a "diagnostic test". A diagnostic test, which takes a grand total of less than 3 minutes, involves them turning on your car and plugging it into the computer to do a code check... read more

K, they were nice I suppose. But sometimes, can't you see through a salesperson and IT SEEMS LIKE THEY ARE TALKING IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE OMIGOSH THEY JUST WANT TO SELL YOU THIS CAR AND GET YOUR MONEY??? I DID get to test drive the car I wanted. I did NOT buy that car. I went to another dealer and found one I liked better. Pros: clean, nice, funny salesmen.
