We saw Dr. West in urgent care. She was quick and cold said my daughter had a virus 2 days later she has spots in her throat. We do a connect call they say they believe it’s strep and to call the Dr. I spend forever on hold 3x asking to get an antibiotic called in and explained the situation. They just kept saying they’d talk to her and call me I had to keep calling them and then in the end she still wouldn’t call one in! Had to do a 3rd appt for strep throat. She is a very competent doctor who provides excellent service to patients.
Renee has been our doctor for 10 years and we have been through a lot. I appreciate her professionalism and interest. Her staff are really incredible and easy to reach out to.
I would give 0 stars if I could. she prescibed medication that I have an allergy to. Ended up with hives over most of my body. Yes, she reviewed allergies with me. Not feeling well and assuming medication cough syrup was same as my husbands, he was also sick ( RSV and Sinus infect ) and saw a different MD. we had just returned from mexico the previous week. Dr. West was very thorough and easy to talk to. I would recommend her to family and friends.
Dr West saved my life by actually making an appointment for me to get a mammogram. Love Dr West! She is always kind and friendly. I also really like Tammy, her assistant.
Unexplained pain. Blood tests and xrays were ordered and done so fast that I was given a prescription and pain relief before I left the office. Usual wait for labs is longer so this was pleasant. Dr. West is personable and unflappable.
