Dr. West has always been very professional and helpful.
Wait to long for my problem!
Dr. West is the worst Dr. I have ever been to and unfortunately my mom's experience with her was much worse. When I went in, I went into Urgent Care for what I thought was a sprained hand. I asked her if she was able to take me back and she respnded, "Well you walked through the door didn't you?" I couldn't tell if she was joking or not but I was a little upset by it.

Dr. West and her staff got me right in and as always was so accommodating and helpful! She always listens and her diagnosis and recommendations ensure me feeling better quickly. She takes the time to review my past records and comments.

I was seen by Doctor West at the Ogden Clinic after hours. After she tested and diagnosed me. I suggested a different course of treatment than she had prescribed, I had already gotten the same treatment just weeks before and she responded so sharply and defensivel to me. I was shocked by her unprofessional response. I left crying and shaken. She should never get to make her patients feel like that. However I want to thank the staff who I interacted with before Dr.West for the kind words.
