Thorough visit with many questions answered. I received a needed immunization and a referral for another needed test. Dr West listened carefully and did not seem rushed and genuinely interested in me and my health concerns. She is the best. I had a mammogram just before my appointment with Dr West and the results were already in so she could share them with me. That was impressive and quite unexpected.
Yearly physical... Dr. West has been my primary doctor for 13 years now .. She’s awesome , she answers all my questions no matter how big or small ... I like it too when she’s ask if I have any questions or concerns ...
It was very professional and I appreciate the very sincere service.
Dr. West is extremely professional, caring and thorough with my health care needs. I wold recommend her to anyone with any health concern.
Very poor bedside manners, like she could have cared less.

We waited one hour in the waiting area then another 45 minutes in the exam room. When the doctor entered she simply stated her name. She spent maybe five minutes in the room. The doctor was cold and very indifferent, like we were an imposition. When she finished the exam she simply walked out, no good-bye, have a nice day, nice to meet you, nothing. We are so disappointed with the service received. We expect this type of treatment at a hospital emergency room, but not Ogden Clinic.

She was short and curt with bad bed side manners. I felt horrible for weeks and finally got back to the dr and to quote “there is nothing medically wrong with you” she did no lab work to check my white blood count or for viral infection and it felt like she could care a less about my care.
