I brought my son to the instacare to be examined for extreme itching in his upper back and chest. Dr. West said what she thought might be the cause without ever even asking to examine his skin. She didn’t even ask for him to take his shirt off. She also never asked for any medical history or recent illnesses. No lab work or further questions were asked, just sent us on our way with a possible diagnosis of “reaction to chlorine”. Dr west is always very pleasant and thorough
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and don’t see Dr. West. I don’t think I’ve ever been treated as poorly as I was by her. Her bedside manner was awful and when answering my questions her tone made it sound like I was stupid for asking. I don’t know if it was just a bad day, but I left feeling worse than when I came in.

Dr West listens carefully to me, and has a kind and personable nature. She has been my primary care doctor for many years now. I trust her, and also her staff. I truly appreciate Dr. West and her knowledge, combined with her ability to identify with me as a human being and a woman. I have actually been coming to Ogden Clinic for over 50 years. Dr Monson was my OB/GYN, and Dr Burdett was our Pediatrician.
She was very kind, knowledgeable and efficient...and she answered all of my questions.

I went to get some paperwork filled out and Renee was knowledgeable, kind, efficient and helpful. I have seen for more than 4 years and I have always enjoyed our visits.
I went in for a headache and cough. Checked my ears; not my nose, did bloodwork, sent me for a CT. Doc came back and said it was a sinus infection, antibiotics and on my way. Three days later, still headache and getting worse. Went back in, saw a different doctor. More bloodwork, apparently a chest xray was ordered but never done. Chest xray revealed pnemonia in my right lung.
