Salesman caused problems from the start. The contract was written incorrectly. Verbal assurances by the sales rep and not in contract caused very bad relations between us and the company. Problems with original shoddy work were finally resolved. So unnecessary to have to fight to get back to square one!
We had a very bad experience. The customer service &; project management (which was why we hired a company like this) was horrible. The sales rep left the company before finalizing details with us & no one called to let us know. It took me two weeks to figure out she was gone. They started the project 2 months later than the contract stated, with no explanation. We were told it would be a two week project and it took 2 months. We had to keep calling to get them to start.
