ReNew Home Innovations did a great job renovating my bathrooms and kitchen. They listened to what I wanted and walked me though selecting the materials in the sales process. The installer did an incredible job making sure everything matched and exceeded my expectations. I did struggle communicating with the office in the time period between signing my contract and getting the project started, but overall I am very happy with the final results!
They did a great job and in a short time. Everything was as specified. The carpenter worked like Bh hours to get it done. And the clean up was amazing. I would highly recommend them.
I dreamed up a very custom bathroom remodel and in the end Renew got the job done. Sales quoted that it would be a 2-week job, however the installer said it� s a minimum 3.5 week job, so Sales needs to be more accurate in quoting how long a job takes. In the end it was more like 4-5 weeks. We had an issue with the shower pan, on the day it was supposed to be delivered, the PM let us know that Encompass couldn� t do what we originally planned for. I have a beautiful new bathroom, the bathroom of my dreams! I will certainly be using them again for my next bathroom project, which they already have whetted my appetite for. There were only a couple snafoo's with the caulking, which they fixed immediately, and in the end I was very satisfied! Kudo's to ReNew Home Innovations for a wonderful install!
Hired for a complete master bath remodel. Enjoyed the whole experience and love the products used. One area of improvement is having the installer and the PM really understand the product and how to install them for a unique situation. We wanted the stone panel to transition from shower to tub surround as seamlessly as possible. Once they started, we realized they needed to go around a wall corner they could not take out (we were hoping to make wall flush). The installer did a really good job. Couple of my complaints are with the Sales person setting the right expectations and the overall project management experience. Initially the Sales person said that the county permitting process will be taken care of by them. However, later the project manager said it is all on my own and I ended up doing all of that. I recently moved into my townhouse and the master bath was needing a major update. From the very start, the company has been transparent, consistent and informative. From the office staff to the project managers and their installers. Representation of the company was excellent and professional. Most importantly, the project outcome was beautiful! the timeline of my project was great. the project coordinator Claudia stayed in constant communication and updated me all throughout. I� m very pleased with the final outcome. My mom� s walk in tub looks great and we would definitely use renew home innovations for more upcoming work
