Had a great experience with this company. We had extensive water damage, that had caused mold. After getting that all cleaned up, we needed two bathrooms totally remodeled. Ryan the project manager, the sales team and the worker John are all awesome. We had to wait a little bit for the materials because of Covid shipping times. Better communication with customer would be helpful.The installer was excellent,the customer service group could do better communicating status of job.
The guys that did the actual work on my house were awesome. Very professional and helpful. The work they did was beautiful! The owner of the company and his son are only concerned with money, not the customers. If it is not on the contract it does not happen. After paying thousands of dollars I was told I would have to buy my own closet doors and a TOILET because it was not on the contract!
