They only installed a shower door for me. The door was only a $600 Kohler you can buy at Lowes. And they charged me $1900 for it and to install. I was under the impression the shower door was less standard for the price. After paying all that money they left a mess in my bathroom for me to clean up and the packaging from the door they purchased at Lowe s for me to dispose of. Taking advantage of your community on pricing is despicable.

Started project late and after several calls from me pushing for a date. The job entailed expanding a basement bathroom and adding a shower for approximately $25,000. Sadly, they wouldn't paint the bathrrom ( new walls) because it wasn't specifically mentioned in the contract.

Had to re-do the floor three times. Terrible communication all around. Would be happy with my old bathrooms at this point.

Almost no communication from this company regarding scheduling or status. Installation of the flooring and shower material was sloppy at best. Large gaps in the corners of the shower material were filled with silicone. Large gaps in the flooring around the door frames were filled with white caulk, When showering, the shower door leaks a substantial amount of water on the floor. Material changes were made without my prior knowledge or approval. Renew refuses to provide the cost breakdown for those changes. The project manager... read more

Bad customer service. Always had to call them for everything. They would show up without calling. Left trash like old toilets on our driveway for days. The project took way way longer than promised. Trying to deal with the owners was like pulling teeth. Simple things like a handheld shower fixture was sold to us by their salesman but was left out of the contract which was difficult to read by a layperson. I would like others to know that the 3-6 wk project time started March 22, 2019 and took 17.5 weeks to completion on August 2, 2019. My kitchen cabinets were mismeasured, my hardware was misordered twice, and it took 5 attempts to obtain & install the correct range hood. This company did not conduct quality inspections before delivering materials. The owner, Nick, was unprofessional and disrespectful. The salesman said anything we wanted to hear to get us to choose them. Either he was incorrect or the other people with the company did not know what they were talking about, but it appears we were lied to about certain things. For the amount of money we were charge, the finished product was terrible and required two additional visits by the contractor to fix issues. Salesman caused problems from the start. The contract was written incorrectly. Verbal assurances by the sales rep and not in contract caused very bad relations between us and the company. Problems with original shoddy work were finally resolved. So unnecessary to have to fight to get back to square one!
