The removal of the old fixtures, plumbing and installation of the new fixtures was done professionally. We love our new Kohler products!

We had a great experience working with Nick and his Renew Home Innovations team! Ryan Dennington came out to do the work and was incredibly professional, skilled, kind, and wonderful to have around (we have two small kids who looked forward to seeing him every day). Our bathroom remodel was not simple but Ryan did excellent work and kept to the timeline they promised, which was amazing. We absolutely love our new bathroom and wouldn't hesitate to use them again for future projects!

I hired Renew to do a wet room bathroom renovation last July (2025). In November, we stopped the work because they were instead putting a shower stall with a bathtub, which was not what our contract outlined. It is now June 2026 and they are still refusing to do the job according to plan. I have paid them over $40,000 for a bathroom that I?ll now have to have another company complete a year later.
