Them very good
Had a great experience with this company. We had extensive water damage, that had caused mold. After getting that all cleaned up, we needed two bathrooms totally remodeled. Ryan the project manager, the sales team and the worker John are all awesome. We had to wait a little bit for the materials because of Covid shipping times. Better communication with customer would be helpful.The installer was excellent,the customer service group could do better communicating status of job.
The guys that did the actual work on my house were awesome. Very professional and helpful. The work they did was beautiful! The owner of the company and his son are only concerned with money, not the customers. If it is not on the contract it does not happen. After paying thousands of dollars I was told I would have to buy my own closet doors and a TOILET because it was not on the contract! Great customer service, quality products and workmanship, friendly and professional contractors
Ryan Dennington, Project Manager and Roman the installer were very professional, knowledgeable and would recommend their services.
Great company, Jaimie the Design person was very helpful and good at helping us pick out everything. There were a couple slow downs with the install because of mold but they did mention it may take longer if there were issues under our tile in the shower. Thanks Renew!
We have two gorgeous new bathrooms. Renew was very responsive during the sales process and once work started on the bathrooms. They were very difficult to get answers from when we were waiting for work to start. Work also took twice as long as projected during the sales process.
We are very happy with our new bathroom and hope we can have our other bathroom remodeled by ReNew Home in the near future.
