I had not been to Renew for almost two years but I was just as pleased today as back then. I had an integrative cupping massage with Aleeta and it was pure magic. She payed special attention to the areas that needed some TLC. She knows her stuff and is super sweet too. I left feeling like a new woman. I had no intention of making a follow up appointment, but made sure to put one on the books before I left. Thank you, Aleeta!

This place is amazing. Kat is the best masseuse I've ever had. I'll start by saying I've gotten a lot of massages in the Denver area and stretching as far away as China. Kat gave me the best massage I have ever had. Her awareness of my muscles was incredible. She would bring the intensity right up to the max without ever crossing it. I've been going to Renew on and off for the last three years - and each time I return, I'm amazed by how relaxing and wonderfully intense the massages are. I've tried to visit other studios a few times based what Denver neighborhood I'm living in, and no one beats Renew. I always see RheAnnon and she is amazing. I've visited her for a deep tissue, hot stone, regular and cupping and she's really great for all of the above. This place was awesome! My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage (in separate rooms due to Covid-19). The massages were great! My boyfriend does not always care for massages and did not want his to end. Mine was perfect! She worked out all the knots especially in my lower back. The bed was heated. This is my new favorite place and I will be back.

Do yourself a favor, do a little me time and go see Aleeta (sp?) !! She has the hands of an angel (a very strong and confident angel). I've been coming here for almost two years every so often and I'm so glad I found her! I will be coming again and again. Thank you for the best cupping and massage I've gotten in a long time!

I had massages by Em twice before moving to another state. She is wonderful! She makes sure she is using the appropriate pressure and pays extra special attention to the areas you request. If I wasn't moving, I would make a point of seeing Em very month!

I absolutely cannot say enough about Renew and especially Em, my therapist. I have had recurring back spasms for years and I try to get the occasional massage to help. I decided to make this a regularly recurring thing and went to see Em at Renew. I have never had such a thorough and attentive service. Em really listens to me and my concerns and I always leave feeling literally like I could run a marathon. I'm very grateful that I found her and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Literally the best massage I've ever received... after working from home for months without a proper desk, my neck and back were beat. Aleeta was incredible and I feel amazing now! Will definitely be back.

I have been struggling with deep grief after the recent death of my husband. I have been spending a lot of time hiking and enjoying nature, practicing yoga, journaling, and working with a grief counselor.
