I've been going to Renew on and off for the last three years - and each time I return, I'm amazed by how relaxing and wonderfully intense the massages are. I've tried to visit other studios a few times based what Denver neighborhood I'm living in, and no one beats Renew. I always see RheAnnon and she is amazing. I've visited her for a deep tissue, hot stone, regular and cupping and she's really great for all of the above. This place was awesome! My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage (in separate rooms due to Covid-19). The massages were great! My boyfriend does not always care for massages and did not want his to end. Mine was perfect! She worked out all the knots especially in my lower back. The bed was heated. This is my new favorite place and I will be back.

Do yourself a favor, do a little me time and go see Aleeta (sp?) !! She has the hands of an angel (a very strong and confident angel). I've been coming here for almost two years every so often and I'm so glad I found her! I will be coming again and again. Thank you for the best cupping and massage I've gotten in a long time!

I had massages by Em twice before moving to another state. She is wonderful! She makes sure she is using the appropriate pressure and pays extra special attention to the areas you request. If I wasn't moving, I would make a point of seeing Em very month!

I absolutely cannot say enough about Renew and especially Em, my therapist. I have had recurring back spasms for years and I try to get the occasional massage to help. I decided to make this a regularly recurring thing and went to see Em at Renew. I have never had such a thorough and attentive service. Em really listens to me and my concerns and I always leave feeling literally like I could run a marathon. I'm very grateful that I found her and I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Literally the best massage I've ever received... after working from home for months without a proper desk, my neck and back were beat. Aleeta was incredible and I feel amazing now! Will definitely be back.

I have been struggling with deep grief after the recent death of my husband. I have been spending a lot of time hiking and enjoying nature, practicing yoga, journaling, and working with a grief counselor. I have been doing alright but my daughter thought I should I have an essential oils massage and she and a friend gifted me the experience. She did her research and decided on Renew Massage Studio. I want to thank Kay Grayson for the stress relieving massage. I do physical therapy twice a week for my hips, Kay complimented my therapy with her full body massage. She knew where the tight muscles were, especially in my thighs and hamstrings and was able to release the tension. I felt so relaxed after our session. Thank you Kay! I will be requesting her for my next massage. She was amazing!

Have had multiple sessions with Kay Grayson. My job involves intense physical work along with a high stress environment and situations. Kay Grayson has really helped with my upper body issues along with my lower back and has helped to relive the stress from hard days. Highly recommend her! Will continue to see her. She is outstanding!
