Great massage. Not the traditional spa atmosphere, but the massage room ambiance was great. New hubby and I got a couples massage and they both tailored to our concerns! Great place to go for a massage, though if you are looking for a spa to spend the entire afternoon where you can do steam room, lounge area, etc. then keep looking.

Believe the hype. Awesome massage, great therapists, low key, fantastic experience. I had Andrew, and he was responsive and intuitive and had the skill I find many therapists to lack: he didn't get stuck on the knots by grinding them into my body for minutes. He effectively and seamlessly moved from part to part, issue to issue, and was effective at getting the kinks out without waging war on them. Excellent experience. I'll be back!

Just got done with another amazing massage from Alicia! The combination of her magic touch along with the hot stones left me drooling! It was my first time with the hot stones, and WOW - my knots seemed to melt like butter. I HIGHLY recommend Renew to anyone who wants to leave feeling blissfully happy and relaxed! I called the Tuesday before Valentines day to see if I could get in for a couples massage the coming weekend(I was pretty sure I was pushing my luck) I was incredibly surprised when not only did they get me in on Friday but they even attempted to call someone in on a Saturday to make me happy(It didn't work but it was the thought that counted). Alicia is amazing! I don't get massages too often but this past year was in an accident and have had terrible shoulder and neck problems, leading to multiple massages. With all the design and standing I do, it's much needed. I was a bit timid, afraid it would make it worse but Alicia is very in tune to what my body needs. I took advantage of the new customer 90 minutes for $90 and I'm very happy I did. I hadn't had a massage in a long time and I could tell I was long overdue once Emily started on my back. 90 minutes later I felt like a new person (without all the nagging knots in all my muscles). The service was friendly and top notch, the hours are great and the location is convenient. I will definitely be going back.

This is my first review in a very long time- I've been looking for a massage therapist for years in Denver. I've been to 10+ studios- most of which were fine, some were terrible. Alicia is superb. I'll never go to another as long as she's in business. p.s.- thanks, Yelp! You're where I found her!

A wonderful experience! After several mediocre experiences with "corporate" massage studios, I had the opportunity to go to Renew. My lady and I took advantage of the couples massage Alicia offers. I had her partner Lydia working on me. She was fantastic. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing, and put me at ease as soon as I lay down. I've already recommended Alicia and Lydia to several friends and will be returning ASAP for another session.

Alicia is wonderful! I have had the pleasure of her massage thrice! I know go once a month. She really helps the bulging disks in my lower back. When I am finished with the 75 min. Session I am like butter. She is awesome. I highly recommend her and the studio.
