I had my first massage at Renew today and it was wonderful! I chose this location based on other Yelp reviews and it did not disappoint. Dana was very friendly and attentive. I came in with significant neck pain and felt relief within 5-10 minutes of her working on it. From the outside of the building, you would never guess there would be a massage studio inside. However, once inside, the ambiance was nice and calming. I will definitely be back!
I'm a runner and a single mom to a 1.5 year old, which both take a big toll on my body! I had to stop running for a few months due to injury and now I'm starting to train again. My wife and I had appointments yesterday and, once again, were very happy with the service received. My wife had seen Andrew in the past and he once again had her wanting to come back for more. Thank you. I had seen Alicia in the past (who did a great job) but since she is on maternity leave, Dana worked on me. I've been going there over a year, 10 months of that while pregnant, and it's been a really great way to work out some tension. I like that the office is quiet and understated-- you aren't paying a premium for unnecessary details, but it is still pleasantly decorated and always smells like lavender. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Online booking was super simple, and I was able to schedule a 90 minute massage only hours before my appointment time. The studio itself is simple and very private- definitely not a "spa" atmosphere, but I appreciated the intimacy and the professional, down-to-business feel. Great massage. Not the traditional spa atmosphere, but the massage room ambiance was great. New hubby and I got a couples massage and they both tailored to our concerns! Great place to go for a massage, though if you are looking for a spa to spend the entire afternoon where you can do steam room, lounge area, etc. then keep looking.
Believe the hype. Awesome massage, great therapists, low key, fantastic experience. I had Andrew, and he was responsive and intuitive and had the skill I find many therapists to lack: he didn't get stuck on the knots by grinding them into my body for minutes. He effectively and seamlessly moved from part to part, issue to issue, and was effective at getting the kinks out without waging war on them. Excellent experience. I'll be back!
Just got done with another amazing massage from Alicia! The combination of her magic touch along with the hot stones left me drooling! It was my first time with the hot stones, and WOW - my knots seemed to melt like butter. I HIGHLY recommend Renew to anyone who wants to leave feeling blissfully happy and relaxed! I called the Tuesday before Valentines day to see if I could get in for a couples massage the coming weekend(I was pretty sure I was pushing my luck) I was incredibly surprised when not only did they get me in on Friday but they even attempted to call someone in on a Saturday to make me happy(It didn't work but it was the thought that counted).
