Absolutely incredible! I've had plenty of massages in the past and before this, only one prenatal massage. All massages have been great, but this one took the cake. I went in for a prenatal massage with Jenny at 33 weeks and she was so attentive and paid close attention to my needs. My feet are pretty swollen and sore and my hands have developed carpel tunnel with this pregnancy. She massaged both hands and feet and I was in heaven. I am so grateful I found this place for a prenatal massage. Thank you so much to the nice guy at the front desk Jason, and to the masseuse JJ for fitting me in... JJ was amazing, very knowledgeable and kind. I could cry I am so happy to have hip pain relief, he did an amazing job. 10/10 would recommend!
I went here with my mom today and I had the BEST massage ever with Lexye! She was very attentive to my problem areas and checked in with me regarding pressure which I always appreciate during a massage. Highly recommend seeing Lexye! I'm considering moving to Denver just to come back here. 10/10

Have been to the Bonnie Brae location and the Appleton location. Both times received really lovely massages! Don't love the parking for BB, but the people are friendly and the masseuses are talented. Will come back for sure.
I have been here 4 times now- every couple of weeks for soft tissue injuries. The staff is great, the environment is very relaxing, and I have yet to have a massage that didn't meet my needs. I enjoy deep tissue/firm pressure massages and often incorporate hot stones. Carena is excellent at what she does !
As an athlete, I am forever in search of a great massage therapist who can address my specific issues. Jason, at Renew, is now my go-to!! He is fantastic! The Bonnie Brea location is perfect for me. The lot is small but I've never had an issue parking. There is street parking if needed. What I love about Jason is his understanding of how the body works. Where an issue presents itself isn't always where it originates. I'm feeling so much better and my range of motion is better. The staff are always very friendly.
Excellent massage and very friendly staff. I have been 5 or so times and leave feeling great. Deep tissue gets the knots broken down and muscles relaxed. Highly recommend.
Jenny did such an awesome job helping me out with back pain today. I have had massages before; however, this was the only one that has ever really felt like massage therapy. I feel so much less tense now. Thank you so much!!!
