The massage experience here is fantastic. The staff are wonderful and accommodating, and the massage services outstanding. The Renew studio is quiet and comfortable, the music relaxing. When scheduling a massage, ask for Ana Maria. She is a superb massage therapist. Highly recommended!

I went here on a whim because I have knots and was in a lot of pain. Emma was really good and knowledgeable. She gave me some recommendations for stretches and yoga positions that would help with the areas she focused on. Can't wait to go back.

Had a massage today with Rae and let me just say, she has the perfect touch. Can't remember the last time I felt so refreshed after a massage. The entire experience was great and I can't wait to come back. The staff seems like incredible people and the ambience just makes it that much better of an experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely excellent experience. I got a 3 pack or 60 minute massages and just got to use my first. The facility is clean and pretty. The relaxation music was actually a pretty nice playlist of ocean sounds. Mariel did a phenomenal job and really helped work out some knots that I didn't even know I had. I'm excited for my next massage!

Rae gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. Communication was great, not too much and not too little. I normally find communication during massages awkward but she was receptive and accommodating. The room was nice and cozy, the table was warm, and the ambient music was enjoyable. I will definitely re-book.

Renew has such a great setup for booking and payment. Super convenient location right on University. The setup streamlines all of the things you don't want to distract from the relaxation you get from your massage. I started seeing Ana for Prenatal Massages at the beginning of my second trimester. She has been a godsend during a time where I physically feel taxed by my ligaments and body learning to accommodate a human. This was the best massage I've had in a long time (and I am no stranger to massages). I've had the whole range from terrible to creepy to amazing and this was at the top. You can choose your pressure level and aroma fragrance. I choose deep pressure and that was exactly what I got. Maria is amazing!! I came into town to do some hiking with my kids, but was having a lot of pain with what had previously been diagnosed as IT band and psoas muscle tightness. My glutes and knee were becoming involved. I explained all this to Maria and in 90 minutes, she not only nailed finding all the knots in these muscle groups (I've never had abdominal massage before -- this was for the psoas) but she was still able to give me an overall relaxing massage of my back, neck, arms, and feet! My therapist told me I didn't need to wear a mask if I was vaccinated (which I am). I asked her if she was vaccinated because I wanted to protect her. She said no. I wore my mask. As an ICU nurse who comes to renew for relief and relaxation, I am upset that this business is allowing their therapists to spend an hour+ with individuals while they are not vaccinated. I will look for services that aim to support and protect the great community for my next massage.
