This was the best massage I've had in a long time (and I am no stranger to massages). I've had the whole range from terrible to creepy to amazing and this was at the top. You can choose your pressure level and aroma fragrance. I choose deep pressure and that was exactly what I got. Maria is amazing!! I came into town to do some hiking with my kids, but was having a lot of pain with what had previously been diagnosed as IT band and psoas muscle tightness. My glutes and knee were becoming involved. I explained all this to Maria and in 90 minutes, she not only nailed finding all the knots in these muscle groups (I've never had abdominal massage before -- this was for the psoas) but she was still able to give me an overall relaxing massage of my back, neck, arms, and feet! My therapist told me I didn't need to wear a mask if I was vaccinated (which I am). I asked her if she was vaccinated because I wanted to protect her. She said no. I wore my mask. As an ICU nurse who comes to renew for relief and relaxation, I am upset that this business is allowing their therapists to spend an hour+ with individuals while they are not vaccinated. I will look for services that aim to support and protect the great community for my next massage.

Hadn't had a massage in years, so I figured it was time for some well deserved self care. I'm sure all are great, but I booked first available and JJ did not disappoint! I asked for firm along with integrated cupping, and whew wee, that's exactly what I got (In the best way)! Will definitely be back. I feel like a whole new person!

Things went great. Didn't have to wait and the massages were awesome. They found knots that I didn't even know were there. It was a great and relaxing way for us to end our trip to Denver.

Aleeta is the best! She has been my massage therapist for years, but this is the first time I have seen her since she moved to Renew, so this was also my first visit to Renew. I liked the atmosphere at Renew, it was very relaxed and inviting; so much nicer than those commercial massage spa companies where you often have to wait in line to check in and wait in line to check out. So overall my experience at Renew with Aleeta was outstanding and I will be going back for many more massages.

Really wanted to book a massage here based on the great reviews but when I called for an appointment the person handling the phone was so rude and unhelpful, abrupt, and gave me no options. Totally put me off coming here. It's ok, there's lots of other places to go!

I booked my appt here based on the reviews. It was an okay massage, but I specifically told my massage therapist I wanted deep tissue and what my target areas were. I got a lot of back rubbing, which didn't do anything and didn't help me relax. I had to keep telling her to go deeper, which after saying it once should've been understood. I also explained the areas I wanted worked on and got a very basic all over massage, which isn't what i wanted or needed.
