Really wanted to book a massage here based on the great reviews but when I called for an appointment the person handling the phone was so rude and unhelpful, abrupt, and gave me no options. Totally put me off coming here. It's ok, there's lots of other places to go!
I booked my appt here based on the reviews. It was an okay massage, but I specifically told my massage therapist I wanted deep tissue and what my target areas were. I got a lot of back rubbing, which didn't do anything and didn't help me relax. I had to keep telling her to go deeper, which after saying it once should've been understood. I also explained the areas I wanted worked on and got a very basic all over massage, which isn't what i wanted or needed. Just had the best massage of my life. I've been having lower back and hip pain for a couple weeks. Natalie gave me a deep tissue massage, helped stretch me out and relocated a muscle back where it was supposed to be! I highly recommend anyone needing an excellent therapeutic massage to trust your care to the LMTs at Renew.
I received a massage with cupping from Aleeta. Highly recommend!! Best massage I've ever had. It was my first time experiencing cupping. She explained everything and it didn't hurt one bit. I've already scheduled another massage with Aleeta!
Immediately after I wrote my review for Renew, I booked another appointment. Whatever it takes to keep up with self care, right? Aleeta helped to work out some serious kinks in my neck and shoulders. She is NOT messing around and that's how I like massages. I felt so much looser and more relaxed after the 60 minute session.
While sitting at my car dealership, I was struck by the urge for a massage. After weeks of divorce stress and working out, my muscles were tighty and crampy. I have had 3 awesome massages here. All three from different people all three were great. My go to place from now on!
Weekly maintenance. Clran and convenient. Thid place fixes my backpains. The best in the city!! Def reccommend.
Natalie is a very talented massage therapist and I would recommend her to anyone, especially for therapeutic massage. She has lots of knowledge, experience and referrals to share. Renew as a whole is a lovely place and I never have any complaints about the facility. The owner seems to have her employees and customers best interests at heart. A fantastic local business!
