After talking to our staff we realized the mistake was on our end so we refunded the cancellation fee. We apologize for the inconvenience and will use this situation as a training moment.
Hadn't had a massage in years, so I figured it was time for some well deserved self care. I'm sure all are great, but I booked first available and JJ did not disappoint! I asked for firm along with integrated cupping, and whew wee, that's exactly what I got (In the best way)! Will definitely be back. I feel like a whole new person!
Things went great. Didn't have to wait and the massages were awesome. They found knots that I didn't even know were there. It was a great and relaxing way for us to end our trip to Denver.
Aleeta is the best! She has been my massage therapist for years, but this is the first time I have seen her since she moved to Renew, so this was also my first visit to Renew. I liked the atmosphere at Renew, it was very relaxed and inviting; so much nicer than those commercial massage spa companies where you often have to wait in line to check in and wait in line to check out. So overall my experience at Renew with Aleeta was outstanding and I will be going back for many more massages.
Really wanted to book a massage here based on the great reviews but when I called for an appointment the person handling the phone was so rude and unhelpful, abrupt, and gave me no options. Totally put me off coming here. It's ok, there's lots of other places to go!
I booked my appt here based on the reviews. It was an okay massage, but I specifically told my massage therapist I wanted deep tissue and what my target areas were. I got a lot of back rubbing, which didn't do anything and didn't help me relax. I had to keep telling her to go deeper, which after saying it once should've been understood. Just had the best massage of my life. I've been having lower back and hip pain for a couple weeks. Natalie gave me a deep tissue massage, helped stretch me out and relocated a muscle back where it was supposed to be! I highly recommend anyone needing an excellent therapeutic massage to trust your care to the LMTs at Renew.
I received a massage with cupping from Aleeta. Highly recommend!! Best massage I've ever had. It was my first time experiencing cupping. She explained everything and it didn't hurt one bit. I've already scheduled another massage with Aleeta!
Immediately after I wrote my review for Renew, I booked another appointment. Whatever it takes to keep up with self care, right? Aleeta helped to work out some serious kinks in my neck and shoulders. She is NOT messing around and that's how I like massages. I felt so much looser and more relaxed after the 60 minute session.
