Just had the best massage of my life. I've been having lower back and hip pain for a couple weeks. Natalie gave me a deep tissue massage, helped stretch me out and relocated a muscle back where it was supposed to be! I highly recommend anyone needing an excellent therapeutic massage to trust your care to the LMTs at Renew.

I received a massage with cupping from Aleeta. Highly recommend!! Best massage I've ever had. It was my first time experiencing cupping. She explained everything and it didn't hurt one bit. I've already scheduled another massage with Aleeta!

Immediately after I wrote my review for Renew, I booked another appointment. Whatever it takes to keep up with self care, right? Aleeta helped to work out some serious kinks in my neck and shoulders. She is NOT messing around and that's how I like massages. I felt so much looser and more relaxed after the 60 minute session.

Natalie is a very talented massage therapist and I would recommend her to anyone, especially for therapeutic massage. She has lots of knowledge, experience and referrals to share. Renew as a whole is a lovely place and I never have any complaints about the facility. The owner seems to have her employees and customers best interests at heart. A fantastic local business!

I had not been to Renew for almost two years but I was just as pleased today as back then. I had an integrative cupping massage with Aleeta and it was pure magic. She payed special attention to the areas that needed some TLC. She knows her stuff and is super sweet too. I left feeling like a new woman. I had no intention of making a follow up appointment, but made sure to put one on the books before I left. Thank you, Aleeta!

This place is amazing. Kat is the best masseuse I've ever had. I'll start by saying I've gotten a lot of massages in the Denver area and stretching as far away as China. Kat gave me the best massage I have ever had. Her awareness of my muscles was incredible. She would bring the intensity right up to the max without ever crossing it.
