I have never had any work done by this company, however, they are definitely in the SPAM business. I haven't even visited their web site but non-stop spam daily. This place is ridiculous. Out of curiosity I viewed many other reviews and found many with the same complaints. I searched for actual customer reviews and find that the work appears as shady as their advertisement. We have called "Renewal by Andersen" twice already over the last six month to get removed from their mailing list. They must be desperate for new customers because they are sending out DAILY Emails soliciting for business. Would never hire a company that conducts business through junk Email.

The worst customer service I ever experienced! Nobody calls you back and I am stuck with their windows without any returning calls. Horrible!
Look elsewhere for your windows. I got my windows and sliding glass door installed on 12/05/2019. The chalking around the windows was done horribly, pealing back and crooked. I pointed out an issue on one of the windows to the guy who came out to fix the mess from the 5th (before Christmas) He said that he will send a work order to fix the window. I have not used Renewal by Anderson, but I made the mistake of visiting their website. I was soon receiving unsolicited spam emails from them. Then I made the mistake of unsubscribing from their email list. I am now flooded by email spam from Renewal by Anderson and numerous companies I never heard of before. Do not visit their website!

Family had Renewal install 2 kitchen skylights, which they alleged would be covered by their "lifetime" warranty. Now on our 2nd leak of the same skylights, we have been waiting almost 2 months for them to fix the current leak. Almost 2 months ago they promised to take care of the problem (which apparently is they installed the wrong type of skylights for our roof). Received unsolicited mailer from them today. My house is 5 years old and everyone on this street is the same age. No one has requested their service and the mailer looks like a cheap spam email message for ignorant people to respond to. I've sent them a message on their website to take me off their mailing list but I doubt they'll follow through.

At October fest in la Mesa. The blonde girl was walking around collecting business cards from other vendors. Now we are getting emails without our permission.. really, is that how you do business

The slowest ever. Horrible customer service. I've been waiting 2 months now for replacement windows. The windows were purchased from Andersen, but replacing them when broken has been a nightmare. They can't find the records of my initial purchase. Everything had to be remeasured. All we get is delay delay delay. Go somewhere else for your windows!
