I was very impressed with Renters Warehouse, especially Jenise Flye. She is amazing!!!! Such a down to earth person and she really knows this business. I'm so glad that i found her. Renters Warehouse is very reasonable and they even warranty tenets so there is no worry about your property. I would recommend them to everyone.
I was not a client of Renter's Warehouse, but a prospective tenant. I had experience trying to find both a rental house (early 2014) and an apartment/loft (early 2015) and the properties I was was interested in were all handled by agent Jenise. I found her to be the most unprofessional individual I've ever worked with in real estate. For none of the three properties I scheduled with her, did she ever show up on time. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY GOUGING YOUR DEPOSIT!!! They removed my original review, presumably, because it was tagged as a rant. You can see it on the bottom. So let's put it this way. Todd sent a message sighting GA law on deposits. Bottom line I WOULD NOT recommend this branch! The staff was rude and hung up on me when trying to contact Todd to discuss the deposit. After 20 minutes of arguing about the absurdity of the charges, we settled on an amount that was palatable but was still a stretch from actual, perceived problems. ... read more
BUYER BEWARE!!!! My experience with renters warehouse was appalling. With all the good reviews I read I thought contracting them to manage my property was a great move. It was the opposite. Not only were they not able to get me any tenants after about 3 months but when they gave me back the keys to my house my appliances (fridge and cooker) were missing. It was a pleasure doing business with this company. The staff was extremely friendly, and Todd was always very fair & transparent. If you're looking for an ethical group of people to do business with, you can rest assure that Renters Warehouse in Atlanta is a great choice.
I connected with Renter's Warehouse in September 2014. At the time, I had two properties to rent. My agent, Toni Glenn, came out to the properties, took pictures, and I didn't hear anything from her for a week. I kept having to hound her just to list my properties. I would never get an update on what's going on as well. I would call her and always get a voicemail. She usually responded by text instead of calling back, which didn't answer all of my questions. Having to recently evict a renter that damaged my property and failed on his rent, I was open to looking for a new property management company. I actually live in Minneapolis and had heard a number of good things about RW as it started here but wasn't sure about how this transferred to Atlanta. I would not recommend Renters Warehouse due to poor customer service. I e-mailed renters warehouse on September 30th with a prompt reply of who would be contacting me and sure enough within an hour I get a phone call. The gentleman tells me the real estate agent that handles the Covington, Ga area will call me that same day. I talk with the realtor, ask her to send me just a rough estimate on rent in the area, she tells she would send it to me with in the week and I was fine with that because I had minor work to the home tha... read more
