Bk Sabet was my agent. We are renting a home for $1200 monthly no heat during the winter, no air currently and I know it's summer time. To remind you , we've lived here NOT EVEN A YEAR! We've had people knocking on our door where they want to buy it BECAUSE THEY LISTED IT FOR SALE WITHOUT OUR KNOWLEDGE. Run like hell because I think a lot of homeowners don't understand I'm not going to replace a water tank nor am I going to replace a unit. It's your house I pay $1200 to live here! She is prompt, friendly and her background in Psychology was reassuring in selecting the right tenets. I am a new investment home owner in Atlanta and I had my doubts about working with Renters Warehouse due to the mixed reviews, but after working with OLGA I decided to move forward. OLGA is AMAZING!! Super professional, very quick to respond, truly cares and takes pride in the work that she produces. OLGA is a SUPERSTAR!!!

Renter's Warehouse is terrible! Since moving into my apartment, I have had so many maintenance issues. One thing after another has gone wrong and the service I have received from Renter's Warehouse has been a joke. Nobody calls me to schedule maintenance appointments, payments are never worked out before hand, they get the cheapest, most terrible technicians to fix anything, and when plans change, they do not keep you updated whatsoever. It a took a few calls to get to the right property manager but once I did Jenise was amazing. Always prompt and upfront on expectations and pricing. She answered my many questions and found a good tenant less than 30 days after marketing my house. I was managing my property for 10 years but recently realized I don't have the time to do this and turned it over to the Renters Warehouse team. I own several rental property's and Olga Palmer is the "Best"!! I've tried renting on my own and it's always been a catastrophe !! Olga is professional, knowledgeable, prompt, educational and just an all around fun person. Olga has found wonderful long term tenants for me. I don't have to worry about anything, because Olga is "johnny on the spot"!! I don't have to talk to a Machine if I have a question, because Olga takes her call! Horrible company. They collected my application and did no rental history check or even called me to verify anything but yet denied my application and stated they gave the unit to someone else. When I asked for a refund of they offered to transfer the application fee towards another unit. It doesn't make any sense at all. If you truly did a background check and rental history check - yet gave the unit to another person - how would I qualify towards another unit. I'm still looking to get my application fee back..

The absolute worst company you can go with. They decided to kick us out before our lease was up because the landlord want to move back in. I'm sorry but that's never okay to kick someone out SIX MONTHS BEFORE THEIR LEASE IS UP. They're simply terrible. Don't use! Such a rip off!
