Justin and Richard were A-class professionals. I had a very unique situation, but both men were attentive and very helpful in working with their contacts to help get me into the place of my dreams. These guys have major relationships and can work with any situation. I would never hesitate to send friends or family to Renters.

DO NOT rent from this company. Worst experience ever and this is my 6th time renting a house or apartment. Homeowners were literally moving out on our move in date, at key handover and move in were told about a fire at the house a week before that we had not been informed of, the house was filthy and homeowners were not held responsible. We were told houses are leased "as is". We've found numerous things needing repair and have been in a constant battle to get repairs made. I've had to take 4 days off work for repair visits.... read more

RENTERS BEWARE. They kept our deposit even though we never signed a lease or moved into their property! Ask for a copy of the lease before signing anything. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a property management company. We dealt with "Krystle Alexander" who lied about the property including a washer and dryer in the advertisement, among many other omissions. Seemed great at first, all proper documents and good thinking but they take FOREVER to get anything done and their internal communication is for sure flawed when they dealt with us. They promised to get a handyman out to do a job, but that took over 10 days and it was just a mess, that is still not resolved. Great concept and idea, but I think they have grown to fast and now just providing shitty service to their customers. Instead of growing it slower ensuring QUALITY - which they for sure are not now.

I have had ongoing issues with this company. 1. Tenants moved out and a neighbor noted that all the doors to the house had been left open. The representative of the management company told me I was in violation of their policy because someone other than the property manager had gone to the house. She made no attempt to send someone to see if my house had been broken into and showed no concern. 2. Trish Beeman helped us find a rental property. We were interested in seeing three properties and she quickly made them available for viewing. We are currently renting a property through Renters Warehouse and she continues to respond to emails in a timely fashion. We are pleased with the process of renting through Renters Warehouse.

In relocating to the Georgia area I called several realtors on properties that I was interested in and the response was very lack luster and most left you feeling like you were bothering them.
