We submitted an application and paid the $45.00 application fee of a Friday on a house that was listed on Renters Warehouse website for $1250 (and several other well-recognized local home listing websites). We also tried to schedule the viewing for that same day however all available viewing appointments were filled so the scheduler signed us up for the following Monday. Our Agent was Jenise Flye... 1. Our scheduled viewing - was canceled about an hour or two before we were schedule to meet. This was due to the owner not being around to provide the keys. Everyone slacks off every now and then, but confirming that you had access to the place for a scheduled viewing should have been done BEFORE scheduling. 2. Six months ago I wrote a review as an unhappy tenant. Well, I still am! Now this company is trying to make me pay for minor damages I didn't cause; stating that I was negligent. They have a statement that says you need to try to resolve issues yourself before calling them, or they will charge you $75.00. That is what I attempted before contacting them. Very prompt and dependable service. I have had experience with other property management companies in the past where many needs would be left unattended for many weeks. But with our agent at Renters Warehouse, she has gone above and beyond her usual duties to get us what we needed. The move in process was smooth and professional. I am a stickler for details and they were very helpful along the way. I highly recommend!

As a tenant, I must say that my experience has been far less than great. I should've known not to move forward from the beginning stages dealing with our agent, Seametress. She was not friendly or pleasant, she showed us a dirty property, she did explain the maintenance process thoroughly (as I've only ever lived in apartments with on-sight maintenance), she did not inform us of all the fees we had to pay, she even brought her young child to the lease signing at the property. Susie Clark is amazing! She is professional, incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and really just a fun lady to be around! I looked at every rental in the Duluth, Suwanee, Alpharetta, and Johns Creek areas and I chose our home based upon her wonderful expertise and willingness to meet me at the house about a dozen times.
