As a Landlord, we had a bad experience with Renters Warehouse of Atlanta. We feel our agent over-priced our rental , and just a week (or 2 ) , she suggested we lower it by a couple hundred. Then after not getting very many showings, she recommended lowering price a 2nd time. RW received one application in a couple months , and from the time RW agent showed it until they presented us as a 'qualified' applicant, it was weeks later (took them to get information). This is my first time using a management company for my rental property. I picked Renters Warehouse after hearing their ad on the radio. I also looked up reviews and they were VERY highly rated. My manager Crystal D. is very nice and didn't complain about ALL my questions as I examined every form. She is very professional yet made me feel like we already knew each other. I am thankful to Miss Jenise Flye, for showing me RW's true concerns before I signed with them. I'm still new at being a landlord and it can be very overwhelming. I'm currently renting a condo from Renters Warehouse and have lived in it for two months. The first day I moved in, almost two months ago, we did not have any hot water. We were told that the owner was mistaken and thought that our heater was electric, not gas and that he would send someone to light the pilot asap. It took almost two weeks for him to send someone to light the pilot. A few days after the pilot was lit, our water turned cold again. We submitted an application and paid the $45.00 application fee of a Friday on a house that was listed on Renters Warehouse website for $1250 (and several other well-recognized local home listing websites). We also tried to schedule the viewing for that same day however all available viewing appointments were filled so the scheduler signed us up for the following Monday.
