I would not recommend Renters Warehouse due to poor customer service. I e-mailed renters warehouse on September 30th with a prompt reply of who would be contacting me and sure enough within an hour I get a phone call. The gentleman tells me the real estate agent that handles the Covington, Ga area will call me that same day. I talk with the realtor, ask her to send me just a rough estimate on rent in the area, she tells she would send it to me with in the week and I was fine with that because I had minor work to the home tha... read more

I think the experience would have been better if I were local. I attempted to get a lot of things done with the house in Ga while living in Texas. I had to rely on people the company suggested to do the work and while the work was being done no one from the company was there to supervise/ensure that everything was being done as stated. I was sent pictures of the major repairs, but anyone can put lipstick on a pig and call it pretty. My agent Jenise was very nice, but also very busy. I found Renters Warehouse by going out to Craig's list looking for comparable rentals... I was going to do the renting and managing myself. When I saw the quality of the ads placed by RW I was impressed enough to give them a call. From the first interaction, they've been extremely responsive and helpful. They rented my house in just over a month, and have done a great job since. I'm extremely happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone who doesn't have the time to manage a rental property.
