I have never in my life ever experienced this level of customer service from a management company. We rent a condo from them for our elderly mother. She had a water heater issue that they addressed right away. Email response was super fast. And they consistently called and texted to update me on the issue and resolution. Whatever infrastructure they have in place to handle after hours and regular maintenance issues is incredibly efficient. I wish all management companies used it.

Julia who managed my maintenance request was very professional and available. I appreciated the daily follow up she gave me by email or by phone, constantly keeping me posted about the status of my request.
