Sean ***** was great to work with. I barely had to lift a finger getting into my rental and on a tight schedule. All questions answered in a timely manner and made sure we had everything we needed and was a great communicator between us and the landlord. Also really appreciated him helping us get approved for our dream rental by letting us know during the approval process what the owners were looking for. Very happy so far!
Our tenants were months overdue on rental payments. Rose ****** was extremely helpful and secured a judgement to enforce payment of back rent as well as the return to a regular payment schedule. This has been an enormous relief.

I worked with Paul ******** who was great. No problems, simple. Setup a time, showed me the place, used a Docusign (electronic) for contract/signature and worked with me to get the initial check. So that was all modern and good. And rent payments can be electronic. Renters warehouse issue: The only issue was initial payment did not accept payments from any modern payment system you have to physically go to a bank to get a certified check or cash (NEVER do cash for a large payment as you need proof).
