Erica Hanson has been phenomenal from the start. She was professional and helped me with everything I requested of her through the process of listing my house as a rental. She was always on time for meetings and took great pictures / videos of my place to get a quick turn around time for renting my house out. I had a deadline and she easily found a renter by the deadline. I would 10/10 use her again. I look forward to working with her while my lease is being managed by Renters Warehouse!
