We worked with Sean ***** for tenant placement and he was fantastic! He was very responsive and knowledgeable and offered us tips as we were new to the rental side of the business. We were happily surprised that he was able to find us qualified tenants very quickly, even in the middle of December. We will definitely be using Renters Warehouse for our next rental.

I’ve been working with Nicolas ******** to fill an apartment building I own in Minneapolis. This building was an Airbnb pre Covid and we scrambled to get people in there long term once the Covid came which was a challenge but accomplished because Nicolas has a strong work ethic with meeting people there at any hour and or weekends. I’ve used RW in the past for different properties I’ve owned and always had good experiences and worked with great people, and this is another example of a great overall experience.
