Sean C is a diligent professional real estate/rental agent. Sean was my agent 7+ years ago and provided the tenants just now vacating. These tenants have been excellent tenants! Sean listed my rental a few weeks ago after receiving info about my current tenants departure. In a matter of days he sent me an applicant. Everything checked out and he was approved. Bob ****** and his team are a great bunch to work with. Bob has done a fantastic job of vetting renters for my property. The process is smooth and quick, with good communication. There can be a lot of moving parts coordinating one renter moving out, and another one moving in, but Bob and his team manage the process well and make my life a lot easier.
I am a new tenant and have been very happy with my rental process so far. I called to place a maintenance request and had the pleasure of speaking with Tia who was very helpful and friendly. She stayed on the line to ensure that I was able to access my portal and explained the maintenance process.
