Bob ******helped me recently to get a house. He was very respectful and communicated with me throughly. It was a quick and easy process to get the place I wanted. I will want to work with him agian for sure in the future.

Back when we first purchased rental properties, we hired a couple local realtors to manage them for us, and that made the money spent feel like headaches rather than investments. I worked with Tia *******today. She was kind, patient and empathetic for my issue. Tia handled my problem with such professionalism. After reaching out to several other people at Renter’s Warehouse Tia was the only person that actually listened and understood our problem. I so appreciate working with an employee that responds in the way that Tia did. She gave me the best Costumer Service I have encountered in quite a while. She should be recognized for her representation of your company.

I have been dealing with Renters Warehouse for almost four years now and for the most part it has been a good experience. But when something goes wrong, I cringe. I don't get the same people all the time and I have to start the explanation again. But then I met ************************* in the ********* office. I have been using RW for about 3 years now on a rental house I own out of state. It's stressful when things go wrong with the property and I am too far away to take care of it myself. RW has been great about keeping me updated when things go wrong. It helps that they have repair people they can call to come out to get the job done quickly. Clarissa Mallorca has been very helpful in making sure I am aware of any issues with my property and that they are being taken care of.

I had great service and communication from Renters Warehouse, and in particular, Maria Lazcano. She really helped me out with the issue at my investment property and kept the communication between myself and my tenant very up to date and prompt. The issue was resolved, and all parties were left very happy and satisfied!!
