We had great experience with LoughRee, in RW Maintenance. We were having ongoing difficulty getting a contractor to finish work on our rental property, and LoughRee was essential in helping liaison with the contractor and tenants, and problem-solve during business hours when I was busy working as a teacher and unable to take phone calls or deal with immediate issues. Marydel with RW maintenance did such a wonderful job communicating with me while waiting for vendors to schedule times to fix the issues at my residence. She was always pleasant and very understanding of the position we were in. I enjoyed her demeanor very much.
