I am so happy I got Justin solie as a rental agent, he has gone above and beyond to help me get into the house I wanted. Because of Justin working on my behalf with the property owner. I will be able to move into my first choice of all the homes I looked at. I love this house and I feel Justin made it happen for me. I was very comfortable talking with Justin, he was able to answer all the questions I had about the property.
We worked with Pete Shrader at RW to help us rent our townhouse in the Twin Cities. Pete was able to find a qualified tenant within a day. Throughout the entire process, Pete was very knowledgeable and responsive. It was not uncommon for him to respond to emails or texts after 8:00 PM and before 7:00 AM the next day. He has an amazing work ethic & a drive to make sure everything goes smoothly for all parties.
I had many issue with my landlord and the property.....but a ROSE ******and Renters Warehouse SOLVED my issue fast..clean...and with GREAT respect.....and for that I was a 100%....SATISFIED with my experience with them.......RECOMMEND THIS LADY AND COMPANY TO ALL......SIGN VALERIE.....A HAPPY CUSTOMER ??

I just rented a townhouse In Woodbury and Justin ***** did a great job of getting me a new tenant at my asking price and coordinating the old tenant out and the new tenant in.
Contacted Agent who was very helpful and accommodating for a showing. Was helpful and knowledgeable about the property. Application and Leasing process was all digital and very smooth. It was a positive experience all round!
