Best experience by far if you rent. Rose is absolutely an Angel, she went above and beyond to help me get a place I would want to love and want to stay. She made the application process very user friendly. I would highly recommend her and Renters Warehouse to anyone.
If I could give a 0 rating I would! I set up a tour today for 4:45 pm so my sister who lives 2hrs away could view the apartment. She came after (rushing) to make the appointment and arrived early. No one showed and I had to go through customer service to get the number of the person who was supposed to show up for the tour (Ron) because it was not provided on Zillow or any of the confirmation emails and texts I received. Rose is very easy to work with and has many years of experience in the market. She has been able to get my rentals rented without any hassle on my end at all. I highly recommend Rose.
Johnna has been outstanding in managing the refurbishment of our unit. Almost everything was complete in several days. I was actually shocked when she showed me the photos of their completed work.
