I would have to say that the communication from my rental manager (Rod Albancis) is atrocious. He does not keep me abreast of anything. Sends generic emails but never returns a call or responds to an email. My renters moved out and I still cannot get ahold of him so I may voice my concerns and to figure out where my keys are. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. It is entirely owner-oriented, prioritizing the interests of property owners to maintain rental partnerships. Once you've rented a property, the company shows little concern for anything beyond collecting rent. Even for simple maintenance requests, you have to submit multiple follow-ups, make numerous calls, and wait at least 10 days--only to have the request either denied or handled with very poor service quality. Ronald Ridgardo is a very unprofessional agent. After I applied for a property, he ghosted me and stopped communicating with me. He doesn't respond to texts, voicemails, or anything else. Over the course of the weeks, I called the office repeatedly to get an update. When it was escalated to the supervisor, he replied that the landlord had my information. Since David responds to negative reviews quicker than his maintenance staff responds to requests, I figured I'd share. I've left the maintenance ID in place but redacted the names and address. In case yelp removes the photo, 43228-1. This is a maintenance request opened 22 days ago where I asked if they could fix a tower bar or if I should hire someone myself. They assigned it to a technician the next day and scheduled "something" for the next day. Since then they have been completely silent. I've checked in multiple times ... read more
Renter's Warehouse has a terrible maintenance team. The communication with maintenance is awful and their response to emergency maintenance requests is not timely in any way. Our hot water heater was out and we waited over a week for someone to even come look at it, our washing machine was out which we also waited a week to be repaired, and our thermostat malfunctioned which we waited for about a week for someone to come look at that too. I was with Renter's Warehouse for over ten years and they seemed decent at first but rented my place to Meth Heads and now won't communicate with me at all I am only putting this review out here as a warning to all prospective landlords; run away from Renter's Warehouse. Do not trust these people.
Took my application fee for an apt they already rented very bad business. The agent Rodriguez never communicated with me after taking my money I had to find a number on Google to contact someone.

I wanted to check on a repair at one of our rentals, I had open accounting/reporting items, and had other questions about our rental properties. I reached out to Maria Guevarra at Renter's Warehouse... on a SATURDAY! If a client calls me on a Saturday, what do I do? I tend to ignore the call. What did Maria do when I called her?
