I didn't want to give a negative review, but I don't want anyone else to go thru the nightmare I encountered from Jun-Aug. I found and pass the credit approval for a house that was perfect for my family. There were some issues with the place that needed to be addressed prior to us moving in. You would think the property manager would be in contact with me..but that was far from the case in my dealing w this company. My husband inquired about a property he saw on Trulia. He had to contact her twice before she responded and she responds with a text message. To me I knew she wasn't serious because I've never seen a business conduct business by text, especially on first contact. The first text she explains that she's doing showings and the date/month the home will be available. Everyone on the Columbia team is so friendly and professional, from the owner, the property managers and the admin staff. I know they probably have hundreds of properties to manage, but they always make me feel like I am the only landlord they are working with, or at least I am the most important one - eventhough I have only one low-end condo with the lowest fee. :o)

My experience in working with Renters Warehouse and scheduling repairs has been poor. They were thankful I notified them of the necessary repair as they were unaware of it. They requested pictures and a description of the damage in further detail which I sent to the email they provided me over the phone so they could assess and do repairs. Shortly into my experience they became rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Good property managers are hard RJ find. I am property owner and selected Renters Warehouse to manage it while I moved to a different neighborhood. I have nothing but positive experiences with how they handle the both the locating of quality tenants and and also issues with the property as they arise. I appreciate the level of communication they have with my tenants and also the fact that they call me whenever an issue arises to get my permission, or suggestion on what to do. Renters use caution, home was filfy but was willing to clean myself, moved in and discovered the ice maker didn't work, first I was told it would be fixed, then I was told to "buy ice trays!" What happens when something major happens. I'm renting a large home for over 2k per month! Zero chance I renew. Thought homeowners wanted long term tenants!!

Worst property management company I have dealt with in 20 years of renting out my home. The radio ad says their fee is only $89 a month but when I get my first statement it's $99 plus $150 monthly commission fee they never mentioned, even when I asked them if there are any other fees. The agents work against you, the homeowner, and lie to you, and the owner of renters warehouse defends his agent even when you tell him that she lied to my face. I have been with them for almost three years and I have no complaints. They staff is very reponsive and also very kind. Jessica ROCKS! I would definitely use them again.

Unreliable. I was hoping to rent a home that was vacant for more than 100 days. I had been in touch with the property manager several times before I filled out an application for my husband and I. I was told I would have an answer in 2-3 days. I never heard anything. I called the property manager again and my call was never returned. They took my $90 and didn't have the decency to ever contact me. Will be avoiding this company in the future. And letting others know to do the same. Don't waste your money.
