Heather Fruge and Renters Warehouse is #1. We called Renters Warehouse when our home was not selling this summer. Heather showed up within 24 hours and had our home rented within 10 days ! I have never in my life ever experienced this level of customer service from a management company. Reymart from Renters Warehouse was amazing. We rent a condo from them for our elderly mother. She had a water heater issue that they addressed right away. Email response was super fast. And they consistently called and texted to update me on the issue and resolution. Whatever infrastructure they have in place to handle after hours and regular maintenance issues is incredibly efficient. I wish all management companies used it.
