Worst property Managment company. As a landlord I receive late payments. No explanation. They didn't keep their agreement and raised their monthly commission. Unresponsive. I have 15 units and let RW manage one of them. Absolutely regretting it and can't wait to find another property manager. If you have any doubts ... check out their reviews in other cities. Would give a zero star if possible. this property management company is an absolute joke. i'd had issues with them not wanting to fix anything that had gone wrong in the place i am living at. they have incredibly long response times and i truly believe they don't even read the email i send back to them. do yourself a favor and pass on this company. you'll thank me later for it. they rented out a house that had tons of mold growing in it and didn't disclose that information. took them over 4 months to fix the issue and then t... read more

Heather Fruge with Renter's Warehouse is slow, non responsive and unprofessional. We were very interested in renting an apartment downtown she was representing and met her there to view and tour the apartment. She arrived in sweats and workout clothes, which for someone representing an owner and company we were surprised at her unkempt appearance. We instantly wanted the apartment and applied the same day. Renters ware house stole our belongings and then lied about the situation. Lies lies! Thank goodness for emails. My children stuff all gone!! Tv, brand new lawnmower, baseball cards that were worth top dollar. I could go on. Definitely look at property management before you rent!! Scum
Do not use Renter Warehouse. Renters warehouse will not do a single thing about your security deposit. They leave complete authority power in the owners hands. This is wrong and they've done this to multiple people through the years. When working with the Security Deposits Coordinator, she literally stated that this the most effective method for them to conduct business.

Renters Warehouse is very poorly run. I have had numerous issues through leasing my home. The latest issue is on Sept 5th my renter made 2 payments. I was notified by email on on Sept 17 that their 3rd party payment processor was unable to process the payment due to a system error on their end. The payment was returned to the renter and they resubmitted it on Sept 18. I received $450 of the $907 payment. Where is the remaining funds? I've called twice. I moved into a house managed by Renters Warehouse almost a month ago and you would think I wouldn't been leaving a review so soon. It is that bad. The second night after I moved in a car drove through the fence almost crashing through the house inches away from where my child was sleeping. Since then it's been a nightmare to get Renters Warehouse to get someone here to start to repair the damage. I currently live at 3612 Warfield drive in Killeen. This is going to be a long review but please read it. I moved in on February 5th 5 days later than what I was told that I would be able to move into. Since moving in our AC unit has gone out multiple times because it is so old. Which is now cause my electric bill to be about 400 to $500 a month. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DONT DO ANYTHING AND DONT TELL YOU ANYTHING! Rented a house that was $5700 a month for 6 months. TLDR: Dont use them, as BOTH a RENTER and a HOMEOWNER. -They never did anything for us which made us have to talk to the homeowner directly (Great laid back people) to get anything fixed, -They gave us an eviction notice because their own website didnt process our payment that month -Were super anal about us getting our security deposit back charging $40 to replace a battery in a smoke... read more
