Renters Warehouse 'Client Services' has exceeded expectations today. As a first time home renter who travels more often than not, I've been fumbling around on how to manage auto-pay because every single bill of mine is on Auto-Pay and 'remembering' to log in once a month to pay is not a strength of mind. I do think the Auto-Pay function could incorporate a 'balance due' option to incorporate any additional fees/dues that come up, but that's not a big deal.
