Not even a few hours after submitting a maintenance request in, I got an email confirming the authorization. Scheduling was easy and at my availability. Both gentlemen that came fixed all of the things listed, quick and easy. They were friendly and respectful to both my husband and I, and our home. The ladies that I speak to, through email, are SUPER sweet and friendly and makes sure everything is completed and completed correctly.

I have been working with Ms. Marydel with Renters Warehouse maintenance and she has been an absolute blessing. Iv had issues with appliances, water damage, Air conditioners, garage doors, electrical and more. She has been quick and consistent with communications and explained all my options as property owner to help me save money and give the tenant what they're entitled to.
I want to start this review by saying I did not end up leasing with Renters Warehouse, so my review is ONLY about the listing tour process. This summer I toured a property in South Austin with Michael Sammons who is a renting advisor. I found the property on Zillow, and Michael was easy to schedule an appointment with. The crew that showed up to fix the air conditioner was polite, professional, they wore masks, and we're quick to get working on the issue. They found the component that had to be replaced and ordered it. It did take a couple days after that to get it completely resolved as the ac wasn't cooperating, but ultimately, it now works better than it ever had. Thank you all for your help! The representative on the phone was very helpful and very patient help me through the process on setting up my automatic payment she walk me through step-by-step she was very professional and she give me great customer service.
Renter's Warehouse is THE way to go for property management. So easy and convenient especially for remote owners. Leah in the Maintenance Department has been helpful in coordinating a few projects on a condo I own.
Maria did a great job helping me out with a financial issue in the middle of the C-19 pandemic. I think their finance people were going a bit by the book, but I was glad to see some flexibility on the part of the company - thanks to Maria diving in to work things out with the owner.
i had a problem with the HVAC system in the house i'm renting. i called RW and they were very helpful and got a technician out that day. the technician was friendly and professional and determined that the indoor machine had to be replaced. after a couple days of getting the landlord's approval, another technician, Abraham, came out promptly with the new unit. he expertly removed the old and installed the new, and everything works great. i'm very pleased and satisfied.
